Role : Clinical Data Analyst

1) Experience with clinical data analysis, particularly in the context of cancer treatment and research.
2) Navigate the Epic Clarity dictionary to identify and extract the appropriate tables and data elements needed for oncology-related projects.
3) Hands-on experience with OMOP CDM, including mapping healthcare data to the OMOP model and working with its associated tables.
Ad Hoc Data Requests :
Respond to and fulfill ad hoc data requests (both cancer research and operational) from internal stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements and provide the necessary data support.
Explore Epic and clarity database tables to write SQL queries to extract data from synoptics reports as per requirements
Build Tableau dashboards to support the data needs.
OMOP Mappings :
Map clinical and healthcare data to the OMOP Common Data Model (CDM) in accordance with industry standards and best practices. Ensure accurate and consistent mapping of data across various sources.
Reviewing OMOP Tables :
Review and analyze OMOP tables to ensure proper structure, completeness and mappings conformance
Assist in ensuring compliance with data governance standards, as well as validate the consistency and accuracy of data within OMOP tables.
Data Quality Assessment, Cleansing, and Reconciliation :
Perform data quality assessments to identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors in datasets.
Conduct data cleansing and reconciliation activities to ensure high-quality, accurate data is available for analysis and reporting. Develop and implement procedures for ongoing data validation and error resolution.
