SAP PP/QM Consultant

Position : Lead Consultant

In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP PP and QM module along with any experience in Process Industries.
• At least 1 End to End implementation project in the SAP PP / QM functional area including Team Lead experience. Experience in PI sheets and MES integration.
• Experience in collaborating with site business managers and business process SMEs.
• Experience in Process Industries, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Xsteps knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the SAP module PP including Planning, PI Sheets, Shop Floor Control, Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, and Certificates.
• Experience with SAP Consulting / Implementation or Support Management.
• Good analytical, logical problem-solving skills with the ability to understand new tasks quickly.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager Charm and HP Quality Centre test suite is an added advantage.
