The Junior Social Ecommerce Manager is responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of ecommerce sales initiatives on TikTok Shop. This individual will work to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and improve customer engagement through social media platform shops.
This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.
Responsibilities :
Marketing and Merchandising
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products and drive sales on TikTok Shop
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Maintain a marketing calendar and manage timelines for promotions, launches, and special events
Revenue Growth
In partnership with Ecommerce Director, develop strategies to grow revenue through Tiktok Shop, identify new opportunities and optimize existing resources to maximize salesImplement and manage consignment business models to enhance product availability and reduce inventory risksMonitor performance metrics and execute campaigns to increase engagement and conversion ratesSupport the Ecommerce Director to monitor and manage monthly budgets to ensure optimal spending on advertising investmentsProduct Listing Management
Create and optimize product listings tailored for TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate product descriptions, visuals, and SEO-friendly tagsRegularly update product information, including pricing, availability, and special promotionsTroubleshoot product and order errors, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutionOrder and Customer Experience Management
Troubleshoot product and order errors, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutionsWork closely with the Customer Service team to handle customer inquiries related to TikTok ShopInfluencer and Affiliate Collaboration
Partner with influencer and affiliate teams to seed products for reviews, creating brand advocacy and driving conversionsMonitor influencer collaborations to assess effectiveness and optimize strategies for product seedingHandle influencer contracts and negotiate creator terms to ensure mutually beneficial partnershipsRequired Education / Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields2 years of proven experience in social media management, ecommerce, and digital marketingPrior experience working with TikTok Shop highly preferredExperience in the Beauty or CPG industry preferredRequired Qualifications :
