Part of the Interparfums group founded in 1982, Interparfums USA develops, manufactures and distributes prestige perfumes and cosmetics as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, DKNY, Donna Karan, Dunhill, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo and Ungaro. Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.
The Sales Manager, Wholesale is responsible for overseeing key wholesale accounts in the US and Mexico. This individual will be able to build projections from the ground up, deliver strong sales results, manage a P&L effectively, and present to top management. They must also excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts and clients. This position will report to the US Sr. Sales Director.
We are looking for a structured individual with a strong sales background and a proven track record of driving growth in the US and Mexico wholesale markets. This seasoned salesperson should have strong relationships with decision makers and be adept at managing substantial revenue and volumes within a multi-brand environment, effectively navigating various brand strategies.
Fluency in Spanish is required. Travel will be 25% (one week per month).
This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead existing wholesale key accounts in the US and Mexico. Driving strategies to maximize distribution footprint and profitability. Develop and execute long-term strategies to increase market share, working collaboratively within the organization to support market needs.
- Generate and implement new initiatives to achieve sales and profitability targets. Collaborate within the organization to ensure the execution of key initiatives that lead to increased market share and profitability across all brands.
- Build and monitor forecasts, budgets, and P&L at the account level.
- Manage sales and inventory data and analytics. Prepare and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership, and cross-functional partners, reporting key performance metrics.
- Master client forecast monitoring and understand the importance of each business unit for the company and our brands.
- Conduct market intelligence. Monitor the competitive landscape (market size, distribution, pricing, launch results, rankings), market trends, and the broader economy to identify opportunities and threats, proposing new initiatives to drive the wholesale channel.
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 4 years of relevant sell-in experience in Sales & Distribution
- Prior working experience in the Beauty industry is required
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced expertise in Excel and Powerpoint
- Highly self-motivated, structured, and proactive with strong organizational skills
- Results-driven with excellent negotiation abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to travel 25% of the time (one week per month)

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
