What are the responsibilities and job description for the Liquidity & Market Risk Manager position at InterQuest Group?
InterQuest are leading the search for an exciting new mandate for a well-established retail banking client. The bank is looking to appoint a Liquidity & Market Risk Manager to join the bank on a permanent based in either the South East or Midlands.
This new opportunity would lead on Liquidity and Market Risk on the management of all market and liquidity risk issues alongside managing and mentoring a team of risk analysts. It would a an excellent opportunity to really put your mark on how the bank manage these risks.
The role would operate on a hybrid working model with 3 days in the officer per week

Responsibilities would include
- Developing MI for market and liquidity risk reporting
- Contribute to major planning efforts across ICAAP AND ILAAP
- Enhance Funding and Liquidity Policy, IRRBB Policy and the Treasury Risk Policy
- Experience of liquidity risk within lending
- Good experience of IRRBB with exposure to ICAAP/ILAAP would be benficial
- Excellent excel skills
