We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead to join our team. The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing technical projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Experience : 6-10 years
Perform business analysis and functional level discussions with IT as well as user groups.
Resolve day-to-day issues, review and implement changes and releases in the production environment.
Understand and follow support and development processes.
Estimation, analysis, design development, and testing of critical components.
Must have a full conception of SDLC.
Regression and system testing experience.
Production support and bug-fixing.
Small enhancements in the Mainframe application system.
Full conception of Mainframe batch scheduling and production support activities.
Provide status reports to leads and managers as required.
Ensure quality, schedule, and other goals on deliverables.
Groom or train new resources in the team.
Should have and acquire functional awareness of domains and applications.
Mandatory Skills :
Hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, CSP (Nice to have), Easytrieve (Nice to have) with experience as a senior developer and deep knowledge.
Tech Lead experience.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Work with a team to provide written responses to technical proposals and / or reports / documentation for delivery.
Experience in identifying and delivering technical solutions to customer business problems.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, capable of independently communicating with customers.
Flexible to work in shifts (24 / 7).
Other Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related discipline, or equivalent (B.E. or MCA).
Strong communication (oral and written) skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements.
