Job Title: Apex Developer
Location: Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Apex Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Apex development. The role involves working with modern UI frameworks, backend database design, and collaborating with DevOps teams to ensure high-performance application development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Oracle Apex applications (version 18.2 or higher).
- Utilize JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, Oracle JET) for UI enhancements.
- Design and develop backend database solutions using Oracle 11g/12c .
- Work with REST APIs and Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as an Apex Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Apex (21.3 preferred).
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and APEX Universal Theme.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database design.
- Knowledge of JavaScript event handling within SQL processes.
- Experience with materialized views, DB links, and data modeling.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, and OBIEE.
- Database migration and performance tuning expertise.
- ETL, data migration, and JSON development experience.
- Knowledge of APEX Custom Plug-in development.
