Job Description:
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Governance Analyst to develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. This role involves coordinating remediation efforts, tracking compliance with NIST and industry standards, and managing cybersecurity documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and govern cybersecurity programs, policies, and risk management frameworks (NIST SP800-37, NIST CSF, NIST SP800-53).
- Facilitate cybersecurity training programs and awareness workshops.
- Support enterprise compliance initiatives (PCI DSS, TSA, FRA) and risk assessments.
- Assist in remediation of IT security findings, including asset management, patching, and access control.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies and risk management best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with security frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of IT governance, security controls, and cybersecurity risk assessment.
