Job Details
Job Title: Information Security Architect
Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid 1 day/week onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and ensure security and compliance for AWS environments.
- Work on Business Security Architecture, Threat Modeling, and Data Security (encryption, masking, access controls).
- Follow industry security frameworks (NIST, OWASP) and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Enterprise Architects to lead security efforts across multiple projects.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (IAM, RDS, CI/CD, AI/ML, ECS/EKS, etc.) and AWS security best practices.
- Experience in Application Security, DevSecOps, Threat Modeling, API Security, Infrastructure Security, Encryption, SIEM, CSPM, Container Security, etc.
- Expertise in System Design, API-driven architectures, SaaS integrations, and High Availability systems.
Nice-to-Have:
- AWS Advanced Certifications (Professional/Specialty)
- Security Certifications (CISSP, CCSP)
