Job Title: PeopleSoft Systems Analyst
Location: Hybrid Manhattan West, New York City
Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, execute upgrade scripts, configure systems, and retrofit existing code.
- Perform full unit and regression testing on PeopleTools components, including integration web services, interfaces, and reports.
- Ensure system stability, security, and compliance by addressing vulnerabilities and maintaining vendor-supported product levels.
Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Extensive techno-functional experience with PeopleSoft 8.x/9.x (v. 9.2 preferred) in HR and Benefits Administration.
- Five (5) full-lifecycle PeopleSoft HR and/or Ben Admin implementations.
- Strong expertise in PeopleCode, SQR, SQL, App Designer, SQL Developer, and integration broker.
- Experience working with PeopleSoft interfaces into legacy and third-party systems.
- Deep understanding of PeopleSoft HCM Database model and SDLC methodologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Education:
- Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Computer Science required.
