What you do:
The Receptionist must be a well presented, charismatic individual with a positive, welcoming attitude who employees a strong work ethic. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for visitors and guests and will greet visitors and guests in a warm, friendly, and approachable way whether in person or on the phone. The Receptionist (Concierge) will:
- Welcome all new patients and families by greeting them warmly and directing them to the appropriate area or person.
- Inform team members of incoming admissions or discharges.
- Provide excellent customer service from admission to discharge.
- Ensure welcome and discharge gifts are presented to patients.
- Provide a positive experience for patients, families, and visitors.
- Implement welcoming amenities for each incoming patient.
- Follow up with current patients to make sure everything is going okay and more.
What you need:
- High school graduate with data systems, keyboarding, word processing or comparable experience.
- Previous customer service/front desk experience required.
- Minimum of one year of clerical, typing or word processing experience preferred.
