Job Description:
The Assistant Project Manager is a vital member of the national accounts team, providing high-level support to the Sales Rep and their customers. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in coordinating sales processes, managing key account details, and supporting overall sales initiatives to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction. As a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, the Assistant Project Manager will handle multiple priorities, manage complex logistics, and drive high output in support of the sales team’s strategic objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
The Assistant Project Manager should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a wide array of individual personalities. Must have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.
In addition the position requires:
Solid understanding of our products, brand standards and various sign lines.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
What We’re Looking For:
A person who can:
Act as a liaison between the production team and the sales team to ensure clear communication of client needs and expectations and ensure updated order information is relayed as it becomes available.
Participate in client meetings when necessary to provide expert input on design and production capabilities.
Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Oversee the entire signage production process, from initial design concepts to final installation.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency for the Sales Team.
Foster a collaborative work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork while always striving for excellence.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
