Job Overview:
- Provide customers with the best customer experience possible when answering incoming phone calls, assisting on live chats, and answering emails all related to taking and entering orders, confirming order logistics, and general product questions.
- Follow up with inbound leads and develop a working knowledge of accounts.
- Provide support and work in correlation with sales representatives.
- Attract potential customers by answering product questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Print customer purchase orders as required through customer portals.
- Resolve product or order problems by listening to customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Assist, when necessary, covering the responsibilities of colleagues who are out of the office.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years experience in Sales/Customer Service related field/industry. Previous work in a product quoting or project management role is a plus.
- Excellent documentation skills with an acute attention to detail.
- Ability and desire to work with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to make contributions to accomplish necessary results in sales and customer service functions.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Ability to listen and build relationships with your customers and teammates.
- A strong desire to learn and grow.
This is a full time in office position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
