Positions Available on 2nd Shift:
2:00pm – 10:30pm Monday-Friday
Assembly Artisan Summary of Duties:
· Consistently create and perform customer focused practices, maintaining quality workmanship at all times.
· Work respectfully and cooperatively with artisans, leads and management, with a goal to create positive working relationships.
· Maintain work efficiency and ensure goals are met.
· Communicate positively and effectively with others in this department, other departments and your supervisor to ensure orders are processed accurately and on schedule.
· Establish and maintain an acceptable attendance record, reporting to work on time and as scheduled.
· Assemble signs according to the work order and or job specifications, paying close attention to the details on the paperwork to ensure accuracy.
· Organize and prioritize work.
· Report errors, defective materials or questionable quality to the department lead.
· Use adhesive tapes and glues on sign components as specified.
· Touchup painted signs as required and apply clear/matte spray coating per product line specs.
· Package and sort signs for shipment, per customer specification.
· Pull paper work and create backorders when required.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
· Upon completion, inspect and inventory order for accuracy and package as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
