We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to lead our multifamily community in Bryn Mawr, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of property associates.
- Assume primary responsibility for interviewing, selecting, and evaluating property associates.
- Achieve financial solvency through cost reduction and implementing systems to achieve 0% rent delinquency.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual operating budget and maintain budgetary guidelines.
- Develop and utilize sound rent collection procedures, including following up with delinquent accounts.
- Maintain excellent landlord-tenant relations and mediate disputes when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-through to residents.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Community Manager.
- Prior supervisory experience in a management position, including annual budget processing, accounting, and interviewing/selection/disciplinary action of employees.
- Ability to lead staff to meet job duties and expectations.
- Adequate computer skills to perform essential functions listed above.
- Basic accounting/financial record keeping knowledge.
