As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to current and prospective residents, ensuring resident retention and lease conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and determine housing needs and preferences
- Prepare and assist new residents with leasing paperwork, including lease agreements, employment and credit checks
- Collect security deposits, rent, and other charges associated with resident move-ins
- Communicate lease and community policies to residents
- Follow up with leads and prospects
- Ensure apartments are move-in ready
- Implement creative marketing techniques to attract new residents
- Manage lease renewals
- Respond timely to calls, emails, and site visits
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, sales, real estate, leasing, hospitality, or customer service roles
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and social media
- Familiarity with leasing software (e.g., Yardi, Blue Moon)
- Ability to work weekends as required
