Job Title: Maintenance Lead
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Maintenance Lead to oversee our maintenance staff and direct the completion of all service requests. This position reports directly to the property manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and assist in completing apartment service tickets, accurately logging all assigned work orders in a timely fashion.
- Manage vacant apartments through the turnover process, ensuring they are ready for new prospects.
- Maintain grounds free of debris and trash.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
- Resolve electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, installations, services, and replacements in a responsible and professional manner, adhering to industry standards.
Skill Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of maintenance repair and service.
- Apartment maintenance experience required.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- HVAC Certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders.
- Effective communication skills in writing and verbally.
