Position Description :
- Serve as the ServiceNow Technical Project Manager for multiple infrastructure projects.
- Provide Project management leadership - effectively drive the project schedule, deliverables and manage project risks.
- Facilitate effective communications within a complex matrix organization (internal / external teams).
- Facilitate requirements gathering that can effectively be translated into customer acceptance documentation.
- Work closely with SMEs and Engineers in designing and developing solutions that meet the customer requirements.
- Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with the project team and developers.
