What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solutions Architect position at InterSources?
Job summary :
As a Senior Architect you support delivery teams in detailed solution roadmaps for a well-defined set of capabilities or logical group of systems, services or projects. You partner closely with engineers and project management to ensure that implementation meets design expectations. You are proactive in reaching out to architects and leaders in teams with which your technology integrates and you drive results through strong cross-functional collaboration. You serve as the organization's subject matter expert for capabilities in your portfolio and work actively within the Architecture Community of Practice.
Top 3 Must Haves :
1. Experience as a Solutions Architect in an enterprise environment architecting complex solutions and product management for Payment and Fraud solutions.
2. Experience with Payments from a Fraud / Security perspective - ability to design for specific security threat models and able to describe basic and advanced security and compliance aspects of cloud platform primitives
3. Experience with AWS services - developing, deploying, scaling, and maintaining software systems; a majority of this experience should come from working in and around cloud-based services
Qualifications :
- Payments and fraud experience for retail or eCommerce businesses is strongly preferred.
- Deep hands-on experience using compute, networking, storage, and database components in Amazon AWS (preferred).
- ble to design for specific security threat models and able to describe basic and advanced security and compliance aspects of cloud platform primitives.
- Be able to describe the key services of a given cloud platform and be able to select appropriately for given use cases, e.g., compute, storage, analytics, cost etc.
