Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and Inspect Shipments: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against documentation
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, including cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping while ensuring accuracy and quality
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, power tools and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain Cleanliness and Safety: Keep the warehouse clean and organized while adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations
- Communication: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and efficiency goals
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience. Operating a forklift and working with power tools.
- Skills: Good basic math skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to read a tape measurer.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is highly preferred
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
