Join our Outrageously Dependable team! We are hiring an energetic, reliable, results-driven individual to fill the role of Delivery Driver in Parsippany, NJ. The expected hours are Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:30 pm.

About the position

Our Pre-sell Delivery Drivers have advanced product knowledge and are expected to provide ongoing education and support to our customers while safely delivering. In addition, these drivers are responsible for collecting payment to ensure customer account balances are current.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely deliver batteries as assigned by our dispatch every day
• Develop relationships and handle customer issues in a courteous, prompt manner in order to maintain a loyal partnership with all customers
• Hold yourself accountable to achieve company and individual goals
• In conjunction with the office, ensure customer balances are current; assist in collection of past due account amounts
• Perform physical workload (driving 8-10 hour per day with 20 stops, lifting and delivering multiple batteries at each stop) throughout the day while still maintaining a positive attitude and a strong attention to detail
• Learn the company policies and procedures and work within them, whether you are in the office, at the warehouse or delivering product to our customer

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (5 years)
• Must be minimum of 21 years old
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift 25-70 pounds, on a regular basis
• Ability to use multiple technologies (computers, telephones, smartphones, etc.)
