The Sr. Supply Network Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes and the flow of information across the supply chain and organization to meet business goals and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline customer needs and supply security processes, and support strategic decision-making in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Purpose Of Job
The Sr. Supply Network Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes and the flow of information across the supply chain and organization to meet business goals and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline customer needs and supply security processes, and support strategic decision-making in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Job Components
- Project Management: Track National Account approvals of additional sources of supply, communicate progress, and identify risks to escalate with leadership as needed.
- Data Analysis: Provide inputs to various processes related to distributor and dealer sales history evaluation of supply chain performance on a scope of strategic goals.
- Assess the level of supply redundancy available at the Customer and Item level to identify priorities for sourcing strategy and diversification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Quality, and Procurement to complete processes related to fulfilling Customer requirements.
- Support supply security and diversification efforts by partnering with Master Data, Product, and Supply Chain Teams to determine data mapping changes needed on various projects.
- Track and report on key metrics related to the number of customer approvals, process efficiency, and product rationalization efforts.
- Facilitate new product introduction process by serving as a link between demand and supply planning to ensure proper readiness.
- Lead conversations with multiple levels of leadership to communicate status updates, risks, opportunities, and help needed.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4 years of experience in project management, supply chain management, or sales and operations planning.
- Previous experience leading and facilitating conversations with senior-level leadership.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Organizational skills to track and report on progress for multiple projects at once under minimal supervision.
- Microsoft Office Suite, particularly comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret large datasets to support decision-making and process optimization.
- Solid understanding of project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles.
- Effective cross-functional relationship building across the enterprise at all levels including leadership.
- Manage small and large projects from beginning to completion.

- Ability to use a computer for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time.
- Regularly required to use hands to grasp or handle and talk and hear.
