Position Overview:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, responsible for generating new business, building relationships, and driving sales in North Louisiana (Shreveport/Bossier Region) This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for connecting with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with our distribution and project management teams to stay ahead of customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.

Salary : $60,000 - $150,000
