Job Title: Distribution Manager
Location: Minden, LA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledgeable in Accounting/data entry and Microsoft office suite

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and messaging systems.
- Resolve logistical issues quickly, managing unexpected changes and minimizing disruptions.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Dispatch drivers efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.
- Use dispatch system, other software and tools to optimize scheduling and
- resource allocation.
- Monitor and track deliveries to ensure adherence to schedules and manage delays or issues as they arise.
- Coordinate with drivers and personnel to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and route optimization.
