Retail Sales Representative
We are looking for someone of great character to join our counter sales team. Candidates should possess high integrity, honesty, and concern for others. If you have these characteristics along with drive and intelligence, we will teach you all the details and nuances of working in a hardware store.
Responsibilities
- Support the store manager by following direction and completing tasks
- See to it that customers receive needed support from yourself or that they are directed to the best suited representative
- Help stock or organize product as needed
- Answer phones
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Familiarity with computers. We will train you to operate our point-of-sale software.
*This is a full-time job with flexible hours. Our goal is that you never have to miss a family event if you need time off. Our staff works as a team to support one another.*

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
