Territory Client Services Representative

What You’ll Do:
As a Territory Client Services Representative, you’ll be the friendly face of our company, ensuring our clients feel heard, valued, and supported. You'll manage your designated territory, visit clients, and advocate for their needs—without the pressure of sales!

When you're not out meeting clients, you'll assist with light office duties like filing, data entry, answering phones, and even running occasional errands.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction – Visit clients to provide support, gather feedback, and ensure they’re satisfied.
Relationship Building – Foster trust and long-term loyalty with clients.
Problem Solving – Address concerns and find solutions—because happy clients = success!
Reporting – Keep management in the loop with updates and client insights.
Sales Support – Assist the sales team with client retention (but no selling required!).
Administrative Tasks – Help with scheduling, emails, mail handling, and more.
Office & Clerical Work – File, organize documents, manage office supplies, and support the team.
