Cleaning Crew

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and safe for occupants. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
• Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
