Key Responsibilities:
As a member of our housekeeping team, you will work under the direction of a Site Manager to clean a shopping mall or department store. Your duties will include:
- Cleaning entrances, restrooms, vinyl, stone, and other hard floor surfaces, carpet, and the Food Court
- Performing thorough cleaning and restocking restrooms
- Operating a diesel-fired hot water pressure washer to clean sidewalks and entrance aprons
During mall/store open hours, you will:
- Patrol the mall on foot to identify spills and other hazards
- Clean up wet or dry spills, or call for assistance to clean up larger spills
- Wipe down mall common area furniture, mall entrance doors, and windows
- Scrape up gum from flooring surfaces and sidewalks
- Perform touch-up cleaning and restock restrooms
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and be willing to work weekends. A background check is required.
