Certified Tank Inspector
Department : Service Location : Waterloo, IA
Interstate Power Systems is looking for a Certified Tank Inspector at our Waterloo Iowa location.
The ideal candidate will be tank certified on refined fuels, LP tanks and 407 trailers among others. Responsible to perform visual, internal, pressure and leak testing on truck mounted tanks. Also responsible for testing on hazardous material certified tanks. Preferred person must have welding experience as we are “R” stamp certified for tank welding.
Responsibilities :
- Include but are not limited to perform VIPK inspections, timely and accurate completion of paperwork, assist with other repairs and PM’s in shop as required. Helping order parts and maintaining inventory, perform necessary tank test on units, and ensure they comply with all government and company standards and regulations. Perform repairs to tanks
