Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team in the restoration industry. As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing various restoration and cleaning tasks to restore damaged properties.
Responsibilities:
- Restore and rebuild properties damaged by water, fire, mold, or other disasters
- Conduct mold remediation procedures
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete restoration projects
- Clean and sanitize affected areas to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient project execution
- Provide guidance and training to junior technicians
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the restoration industry
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for restoration work
- Knowledge of fire restoration, carpet cleaning, mold remediation, and other related procedures
- Familiarity with asbestos abatement regulations and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
-IICRC WRT Certification is Required
