Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job requisition to candidate selection, and implement innovative strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  • Job Requisition Auditing: Regularly audit and refresh job postings to ensure they align with organizational needs and maintain visibility on job boards, collaborating with marketing to enhance our employer brand.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are engaged from day one through effective orientation programs.
  • Employee Development Support: Assess training needs and contribute to the design of development programs that promote employee growth and align with organizational goals.
  • Performance and Development Planning: Collaborate with management to set performance goals and development plans, supporting structured mentorship and training opportunities.
  • Engagement and Retention Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention, gathering feedback to understand development needs and career aspirations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and employee development outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and prepare reports for management review.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, employees, and external partners to ensure effective communication throughout recruitment and development processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee development, ideally in a professional services or engineering environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems, along with strong data analysis skills.
  • Passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement.
