- Performance and Development Planning: Collaborate with management to set performance goals and development plans, supporting structured mentorship and training opportunities.
- Engagement and Retention Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention, gathering feedback to understand development needs and career aspirations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and employee development outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and prepare reports for management review. Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, employees, and external partners to ensure effective communication throughout recruitment and development processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee development, ideally in a professional services or engineering environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems, along with strong data analysis skills.
