Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Engineer, located in Mandan, ND, with some work-from-home acceptable. The Senior Engineer will lead and manage civil engineering projects, including designing, planning, and overseeing construction. Day-to-day tasks include project management, client communication, engineering design, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The Senior Engineer will also mentor junior engineers and collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Qualifications
- Civil Engineering knowledge, including design and construction management
- Project Management experience and skills
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Regulatory compliance knowledge and experience
- Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
- Proficiency in engineering software tools and technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience in the Great Plains region is a plus
