We are seeking dedicated and career-minded Fire Alarm Technicians to support our expanding operations in the Reno, NV market and surrounding areas. This is an opportunity to build a fulfilling career in a stable, high-demand field with a company that invests in your success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Install, maintain, and service fire alarm systems with precision and professionalism.
  • Conduct inspections and service calls to ensure systems operate at peak performance.
  • Complete and maintain necessary safety documentation (Field Level Risk Assessments, vehicle inspections, job site safety evaluations, etc.).
  • Respond to emergency service and warranty calls with urgency and expertise.
  • Travel to other states as needed based on project demand.
  • Lead teams, including subcontractors, to successfully complete projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Property Managers, vendors, and our main office to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:


What We’re Looking For:

  • NICET Level I certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • State licensure (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
  • 2 years of experience in the low voltage field preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first mentality.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Experience in leading teams or mentoring others is a plus.
  • Proficiency in hand tools and trade-specific equipment.
  • Effective communication skills and professionalism with customers and team members.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, or stoop for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and stairs safely.
  • Capability to lift and transport objects up to 70 pounds without assistance.
  • Willingness to work in various environments, both indoor and outdoor.
