Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in Salt Lake City, UT. This part-time role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office role with flexible working hours, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Review and approve department work orders and timecards.
- Enter data into various systems, primarily Service Trade.
- Scan and file documents.
- Work with multiple managers and departments.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently.
- Must pass a national criminal background check.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test (and participate in random testing if required).
- Effective communication skills in English.
