Interstate Group, the industry leader in the manufacturing and sales of cargo trailers, is seeking a Production Worker for its Conway production plant. We also operate over 80 store locations and have more than 450,000 satisfied customers.
Job Details:
- Support our customers by contributing to the high quality construction process of Interstate trailers
- Attach sheet metal fenders and wall trim
- Install aluminum sheets, specialized tapes, caulk and decals
- Hook up and test all trailer lighting
- Consistently meet high quality and control standards
- Learn and become proficient in other production roles in order to support our entire team as needed

Requirements:
- Work with the following tools: table saw, chop saw, radial arm saw, drywall screw gun, sawzall, stomp shear, sheet metal brake, and general hand tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Ability to be on your feet for a long period of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Our Production Worker in the Skin Department is professional, team-oriented, and shows enthusiasm for uncompromised attention to detail.
Work Hours: Monday - Thursday | 7:00am - 5:30pm
Pay Rate: $ 20hr
