Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves providing administrative support and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy access to documents.
- Operate phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Support office staff by ordering supplies, maintaining inventory levels and shipping product, as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computer software applications, such as QuickBooks as well as Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment operation.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
