We’re currently looking for a highly professional, customer service-focused, and career-minded Area Manager in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. Interstate’s Area Managers are responsible for the daily operations of assigned parking lots and facilities.

Here’s What You’ll Do

• Create and implement strategies to maximize profitability of assigned locations.
• Responsible for budget management, expense management, and financial review of assigned locations.
• Build a broad and growing customer/client base by consistently meeting the needs of landlords and property managers.
• Create and maintain professional relationships with all customers, vendors, team members, co-workers, and clients.
• Responsible for the management and development of a team of parking professionals.
• Conduct field audits to ensure the effectiveness of revenue collection procedures.
• Monitor parking locations for cleanliness, signage, and safety.
  
  

Schedule

Monday - Friday 1st Shift Hours, with some evening and weekend responsibilities depending on events.
