We’re currently looking for an outgoing, friendly, customer-service-focused Event Parking Attendant for our Minneapolis/Saint Paul area venue parking facilities.
This position will act as a cashier, traffic director, or parking team member depending on the shift. This role is charged with supporting parking operations and creating a world-class customer experience for our guests at venues including Target Field, US Bank Stadium, Orpheum, Xcel Center, CHS Field, and more.

Here’s What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in completing payment transactions and finding a parking spot
- Flag at entrances during designated timeframe to bring in customers
- Monitor capacity of lot/ramp and save spots for pre-paid customers
- Change signs to the designated rate at the beginning and end of shifts
- Verify pay machines display the correct rates
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexible, fast learner, proficient with mobile apps and smartphone technology
- Independent, pro-active, problem solver
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Punctual with a reliable form of transportation
- This is a part-time, variable-hour position, typically less than 30 hours per week.
- Shifts are usually 5 hours long, with most occurring between 3 PM and 8/9 PM.
- On major event days, shifts may extend up to 9 hours.
- Morning and mid-day shifts are occasionally available on weekdays and weekends.
- All shifts take place outdoors, so proper attire for varying weather conditions is required.
