What You’ll Do
- Lead Interstate’s business strategy and operations at McAllen Airport, with full responsibility for daily operations, financial results and reporting, and the client relationship.
- Drive positive P&L outcomes while ensuring outstanding team member, client, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and nurture all client relationships within the McAllen market.
- Responsible for all operational systems, policy and procedure creation, evaluation and refinement, budget development, and financial reporting.
- Supervision, coaching, mentoring, and professional development of McAllen team members.
- 6 years of management experience in a client and customer-focused environment such as parking, hospitality, retail, or property management
- Proven leadership skills with significant experience managing budgets, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating a world-class work environment.
- Strong team building and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field strongly preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Tech-savvy and technology-forward mindset
- Municipal or government clientele experience preferred
