We are looking for hardworking team members with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. In this part-time role, you’ll be an important part of our parking operations team, serving the River and Downtown Zones in beautiful New Braunfels, TX.

What You’ll Do
- Patrol and enforce parking rules in ParkNBTX zones, including issuing citations when necessary.
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service to residents, visitors, and business owners.
- Maintain cleanliness of parking areas, including light custodial tasks like litter removal.
- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, and assist with towing logistics when needed.
- Support special events and community engagement efforts as assigned.
- Reliable, professional individuals with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Evening and weekend availability.
- Comfortable using smartphones and digital tools.
- Minimum age of 18 (insurance requirement for driving).
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible, part-time scheduling.
