We’re currently looking for an outgoing, organized, and impeccably professional individual for a Customer Service opportunity at our downtown Milwaukee location.

Here’s what you’ll do :

Responsible for Interstate’s initial guest experience - greeting customers and answering incoming calls.

Support the delivery of our industry-leading customer experience by retrieving and replying to customer voicemail and email messages, answering customer questions, and helping to resolve a wide variety of customer matters.

Provide administrative support to Interstate’s Downtown Milwaukee parking operations team including filing and data entry.

General organization of our office including light cleaning and ordering office supplies.

Schedule : Monday-Friday

Part-Time : 2 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 PM
