Parking Patroller Attendant - Full-Time with Benefits ($18/Hr)
Location: Fargo, ND
We are looking for hardworking team members with an eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring our parking facilities are well cared for and spotless. In this role, you’ll be a key member of our parking operations team in Fargo, ND.

Here’s what you’ll do:
- Parking patrol and compliance with a variety of parking facilities in the downtown Fargo area, including but not limited to identifying and citing parking violators.
- Cleaning responsibilities to include litter removal, emptying trash receptacles, sweeping and mopping, trash removal, etc.
- Track and record violations, recommending additional actions as necessary (e.g., towing, emergency assistance, etc.).
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
- Rotating on call

- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

- Comfortable with using new technology.
- Minimum age of 25 to drive for Interstate Parking per our Insurance Carrier.
- Valid Regular Driver’s License with current insurance and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Full-time, variety of available schedules below:
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Monday-Friday 11am-7pm
Monday-Friday 10am-6pm
Monday-Friday 12pm-8pm
Monday-Friday 3am-11am (Shift Differential $2)
Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am (Shift Differential $2)
