Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform Site Surveys/Audits during daily site visits.
- Create and share Action Plans for unsatisfactory buildings; coordinate with the Operations Manager and/or Director.
- Monthly servicing of assigned locations with daily visits within portfolio.
- Complete service inspections utilizing forms and on-site management sign off per inspection completed for accurate documentation.
- Complete monthly supply inspections for all locations within assigned portfolio in conjunction with service inspections which includes reporting on supply quantity adjustments and/or ordering needs.
- Support cleaning staff daily in conjunction with the onsite supervisor and Operations Manager.
- Evaluate and assign those employees who need training to additional training – either online or via onsite visits.
- Other duties as assigned.
Responsible for providing direct and/or indirect support to Operations Manager including performing Operations Manager related duties as needed including but not limited to
- Planning, organizing, and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate, schedule and perform all special project work for assigned building.
- Communicate and work closely with home office to improve the operations and employee experience.
- Daily supervision of the janitorial staff.
- Maintain and order cleaning supplies and inventory.
- Schedule and train all new janitorial staff members.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
- Conduct building inspections and report for client.
- Daily communicate with clients via phone and email.
- Plan and coordinate new startups, including recruiting and training new employees.
- Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards within housekeeping department.
- Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment.

Requirements
- Floor experience preferred.
- Previous experience managing a janitorial team through motivation, coaching and development.
- 3-5 years’ experience working in the janitorial industry.
- The ability to anticipate customer needs, change goals and direction quickly including multitasking.
- Proven experience supervising housekeeping departments of 15 employees.
- Ability to maintain a budget.
- Ability to sell additional services to clients.
- Capable of using independent judgment/solid decision-making skills
- Willingness and ability to travel to multiple buildings daily.
- Proven comfort and experience to interact effectively with all levels of management, guests, associates, and clientele, both inside and outside of the organization
- Activator/self-motivated to accomplish goals, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
- Proficiency with general office PC applications and MS Office Suite (i.e., word processing, spreadsheets, databases)
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail
- Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
Travel Requirements:
- Travel requirements within your assigned region to multiple locations daily.
Material and Equipment Used:
- Must be familiar with standard cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- Must be familiar with equipment, including but not limited to pallet jacks, floor scrubbers, vacuums, and other similar equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs independently and ability to bend.
- Extensive standing and walking
