Graphic Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and a passion for creating compelling graphics. This role involves collaborating with various departments to produce high-quality designs for both digital and print media. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for bringing innovative ideas to life while adhering to project deadlines and maintaining brand consistency. Responsibilities

• Design and prepare custom signage using Corel software
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot printing equipment. This includes setting up jobs, loading materials, ensuring print quality, and performing routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with the team to gather feedback on designs, align on project requirements, and address manufacturing needs.
• Design and post social media content.
• Improve the website design and functionality.

Qualifications

• Experience or education in graphic design (degree preferred but not required).
• A passion for design and aesthetics.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• The ability to design with precision, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with design software or equipment.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in a team setting.
• Familiarity with Corel software is a plus (training will be provided if needed).

Work Environment

• In-person position based in our art room, complete with a personal desk and access to a variety of art department equipment.

Compensation

• Hourly pay based on experience and qualifications, plus full-time employee benefits.
