Position Overview: Our beautiful 420 bed hospital in Lancaster CA is currently seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in an inpatient setting. As a Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in planning and implementing rehabilitative programs aimed at improving patient quality of life. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with patients in a dynamic inpatient environment.

Position Overview: We are seeking an Inpatient Occupational Therapist to join our team in Lancaster, CA, for an inpatient setting. This is a full-time position (part-time options available). The selected candidate will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities.

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, evaluations, and interventions, in accordance with individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients and caregivers.
• Maintain professional standards and comply with regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.

Position: Occupational Therapist Inpatient

Location: Lancaster CA.

Status: Full-time (Per diem positions available)

Pay: $50 - $62 per hour

Sponsorship a possibility for foreign trained candidates

Requirements:
