Position Overview: We are seeking an Inpatient Occupational Therapist to join our team in Valencia, CA, for an inpatient setting. This is a full-time position (part-time options available). The selected candidate will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities.
Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, evaluations, and interventions, in accordance with individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients and caregivers.
- Maintain professional standards and comply with regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.
Position: Occupational Therapist Inpatient
Location: Valencia CA.
Status: Full-time (Per diem positions available)
Pay: $43 - 55 per hour

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California.
- Experience in an inpatient setting preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
