Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Interstate Therapy Solutions.
Job Summary:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy services for inpatient care, including assessments, treatment plans, and documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Assess cognitive, ADL, and motor skills, develop and implement treatment plans with measurable goals, lead diverse therapy groups tailored to patient needs, and document assessments, progress, and updates per policies.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with interdisciplinary teams and patients, participate in team meetings, rounds, and patient care coordination.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience: 1 year of clinical OT experience preferred but not required
- Licensure: Current CA OT license and BLS certification
