Job Description:
Are you a Physical Therapist seeking an unparalleled opportunity to broaden your expertise across diverse clinical settings? Interstate Therapy Solutions is seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist who is eager to expand their skills beyond traditional boundaries. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to gain extensive experience in inpatient, ARU, acute, and outpatient settings across four reputable hospitals in Los Angeles. Hospital locations are in Van Nuys, Santa Monica, Valencia & Palmdale. Your assigned locations will be determined based on organizational needs and designated by Interstate's leadership team. Join our interdisciplinary team of professionals, including Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and more, in providing exceptional patient care and fostering continual growth and learning. If you have future plans of becoming a Lead PT, ADOR or DOR, this is the position to propel you towards that goal.
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients across various clinical settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and evidence-based interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure efficacy.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to facilitate coordinated care and holistic patient management.
- Provide direction and supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants and/or Aides.

Hourly Pay Range: $60 - $65 per hour
