Job Description:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at our Palmdale, CA location. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients through the development and implementation of personalized physical rehabilitative programs.
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions within an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with patients to establish personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs and goals.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions, exercises, and manual techniques to facilitate optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
- Educate patients on self-management techniques and strategies for injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports.
- Provide direction and supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants and/or Aides.

Physical Therapist Outpatient
