As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tires for semi trucks. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive top-notch service and their trucks are safe and reliable on the road.
Responsibilities
- Install, rotate tires on various types of commercial trucks.
- Perform tire repairs and replacements as needed.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with other services such as oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on commercial truck service and repair.
- Experience in commercial truck maintenance, particularly with tire-related services.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire installation and removal processes.
- Previous experience as a mechanic is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with oil change procedures is an advantage.
